Review and Approve Prior Meeting Minutes
Old Business: Review the revised ANR Plan from The Richardson Nominee Trust for 121 County Road, Huntington to separate Assessors Map # 506, parcel 20-0 into 3 parcels and combine one with Bonnie Kubacki’s parcel at 100 Emerson Gorham Road, Huntington, Assessors Map # 506, parcel 20-B. If the Plan is correct and complete, it will be approved.
New Business: None anticipated this evening.
Other Business: Discuss and vote on needed revisions to Special Permit Application.
The next Planning Board Meeting will be held when there is pending business and a quorum is available to address it.
