Review and Approve 9.26.23 Meeting minutes. 

Planning Board Members invited to observe and learn.

Status Update:

Gray Catbird Pottery & Gift Shop Special Permit Decision notification assigned to Deresa Helems.

David Baillargeon -3 Thomas Road -Earth Removal Operation Special Permit Decision notification assigned to Alicia Hackerson.

Review and approve David Baillargeon -3 Thomas Road -Earth Removal Operation Special Permit Hearing minutes 9.16.23.

Review Special Permit Application Postage calculation with ZBA and Planning Board Members. 

Identify how we document the master abutter and abutter within 300 feet list.  When the list is wrong, the postage will not be correct.

Action items:

Planning Board and ZBA need to develop a list of the all the Businesses in town.

Validate if the businesses have a business license?

Validate if the businesses have a Special Permit to operate.
