- Annual Town Report for Commissioners to review and approve. OPEN.
- Ardent is looking for payment. Jim Gobeille to discuss further with Zach. Ardent $41,183.00, ARPA paid $48,820.00 Balance $4,737.00.
- 1 Westwood Drive- is this location tied to Sewer? Status of Certified Mail notice to homeowner. Need to validate location is tied to sewer line. Homeowner discussed with Kathy Engwer. Kathy printed current bill balance. Homeowner agreed to pay.
- Old Chester Road- 53 acres with private sewer line. Sewer easement granted to the TOH. Lot # 46 is not a buildable lot. ON HOLD, Need additional information from Planning Board on subdivision.
- CWSRF Asset Management Grant status. The grant is for $89,775 and this Town is responsible for $29,925 of in-kind services and $29,925 cash match. The Total Project value is the sum of those three, $149,625. KE to create ARPA Request. OPEN
- 8 Basket Street – Nick Toroni June gallon usage 13,107, prior months average 9000 gallon range. OPEN.
- O&M proposal provided by John Barry. Commissioners to review proposal. OPEN
- Sewer Plant Operator salary discussion.
- Revisit Water and Sewer Administrative Coordinator Job Description. OPEN
- WasteWater Operator Job Description – Need copy of John Berry’s update. OPEN
