Old Business: Discuss Special Permit Application from Rene Gonzalez representing T-Mobile to add additional antennas and auxiliary building compound to American Tower’s facility at 19 Basket Street, Parcel # H2-4-0 and additional Special Permit Applications from American Tower with Verizon, AT&T and additional unknown carrier for the same tower (the three other carriers are already on the tower).
