Old Business: Review Special Permit Application from Rosemary Barrett of 39 Goss Hill Road for an art studio and teaching space at 8 Main Street, Parcel # H1-46-0. The owner of the property is Paul Graham of Huntington, so the Board must determine whether the application is complete and correct and whether all monies owed the Town have been paid.
New Business: Review Special Permit Application from Chloe McLeod of 7 Old Chester Road to open a photography studio and teaching space at 11/13 Main Street, Parcel # H1-54-0. The owner of the property is Justin Holmes DBA Turtle Bend Properties LLC of Huntington, so the Board must determine whether the application is complete and correct and whether all monies owed the Town have been paid.
Please note that if the Special Permit Applications are not received prior to Thursday, the meeting will be cancelled and postponed until the end of the month.
Other Business: None anticipated.
Any other topics the Board is currently unaware of that are not listed on this agenda.
The next Planning Board Meeting is tentatively expected to be held Tuesday, June 29 at 6:30 pm in the PB Office.
